What is MyCRMBackup?

MyCRMBackup is a tool that automatically backs up your CRM data to your own cloud storage, such as Google Drive or OneDrive.

Which CRMs do you support?

We currently support 9 CRMs: Pipedrive, HubSpot, Attio, Capsule CRM, amoCRM, Kommo, Parma, Close CRM and Zoho CRM. More CRM integrations are planned.

How often are backups made?

You can choose daily or weekly backups, depending on your plan.

What data gets backed up?

Backups can include deals, leads, contacts, companies, tasks, notes, calls, emails, attachments, custom fields, custom objects and pipeline settings, depending on your CRM and plan.

Where is my data stored?

Your backups are stored only in your connected cloud storage. MyCRMBackup does not keep a permanent copy of your data.

What happens if I reach my record limit?

You can purchase additional record capacity to keep all data backed up without interruption.
